City of SturgisE-Gov Link is a simple yet cost effective solution for adding citizen friendly features to our existing web site.

We are now available to our citizens around the clock with the action line request form and online payment of utility bills. For those people that are at work during our business hours it offers a way for them to communicate with us. It also gives us a way to track incoming complaints in one place rather than with the current post it notes of messages taken off from night time voice mail recordings.

I find the product very easy to use and it takes very little time to train our users so that they can use it.

Customer support has been great. Of all our software suppliers this company has the best track record by far when it comes to solving issues in a timely manner.

I look forward to working with E-Gov Link for a long time.

City of LovelandThe City's Technology Master Plan recognized a need for e-government services, which could not be met because of the cost. E-Gov Link not only met the needs of the City; it was affordable.

Part of the City's mission is to provide customer service to all of our residents and visitors. Through E-gov Link, we are now reaching more residents than before. E-Gov Link provides a convenient way to accommodate those who want to maintain dialogue with the City, but were prevented from doing so by the traditional ways of the past.

Among the biggest benefits are a consolidated log of utility payment information and tracking of comments/questions/complaints received. This information helps City be proactive in addressing recurrent issues and tracking customer response time.

The program is easy to use since it resembles a "Microsoft-type" atmosphere.

Anytime a question arises, someone is always available to help.

The new features added since the City took on the E-gov Link program have made using the product easier, giving more information in reporting, customizing of questionnaires, and the ability to sort information in a variety of ways.

Peters TownshipE-Gov Link provided us all of the services we wanted at a much lower rate than other firms.

We expect many residents to use the service and assist staff in solving issues in a more efficient rate. This will also help staff locate problem areas or any patterns of problems/issues that crop up.

The system is very easy to use. The site is easy to get around in and make changes. I've had a lot of positive comments from staff that I have trained to use the system in their departments. They agree that is an easy to maneuver site - even for those that aren't "computer literate"!

Customer support has been wonderful. I've asked for a few features to be changed or if there was a problem, I've contacted E-Gov Link and the problem has been solved or worked on in 24 hours.

I really like the newer features that have been made available. Especially during training, the "New Request" tab has made it even more simple for staff to internally post a request for service that they have received via phone or walk-in citizen.

I would highly recommend E-Gov Link to any other municipality that is thinking about implementing a system such as this. I was really excited to be the employee who got to work on this project of implementing it for township use and I am extremely pleased at the ease of creating the forms. I really feel that this service will be beneficial to our population and assist us in serving them.

Garden CityE-Gov Link gives us a set of tools to allow us to easily incorporate new online services for our citizens and to allow those services to be enhanced, modified and maintained easily, without the need for extensive training. Two kickers for us have been the reasonable pricing of the solution offered by E-Gov Link and the outstanding support.

E-Gov Link puts us in better touch with our citizens. We have already been able to implement several new citizen action items and look forward to offering numerous other interactions. We would like to accept payments eventually and also use this service for accepting secure employment applications.

This product has been exceptionally easy to use.

Support has been outstanding. I have dealt with dozens and dozens of support organizations and I have been very impressed with how issues are handled by E-Gov Link. We have always been contacted quickly when small issues arise and have received a lot of support tailored specifically for our organization. These guys are understanding, patient and thorough.
